Do I need to have a web site?
No – if you don’t have a web site we’ll build one for you at no extra cost.
I do have a web site - will you make changes to it?
No – we’ll make a copy of your site and register a new url. This means that we can make any necessary changes without affecting your original site.
How do you qualify a genuine lead?
We define it as someone looking for what you sell and ready to buy.
What control do I have when receiving leads?
We only charge you for the leads you accept at our agreed cost per lead:
- Phone calls – you’ll have 15 seconds with a new caller, before it’s recognised as a chargeable lead.
- Emails – you’ll be sent a ‘lead’ email and can choose to accept it.
Am I tied into a contract?
You’re in complete control at all times. Should you decide to switch off your account, you can request a refund of unused spend.
